The location of the property was quite near to the Masjid Nabwi. And there was a free parking area near the property but has a wait for long to get the place. Many small supermarkets near the area.

The facility in the room was very poor. There were no towels, no drinking water, Tea and coffee in the room. Requested to the room service and reception for the same but they never came back. There was no free parking available. We had to wait for the lifts for long even during the non peak hours.

There was one receptionist only and we were waiting for long time to be checked in , the valve of the sink was leaking Water ,the room not clean and it has bad smell

This hotel has a very strategic location, close to the Nabawi Mosque, about 7 minutes walk. Around the hotel there are many places to eat.

The check-in process was very long, there was only 1 staff to handle many guests. We stayed 4 nights but never once was our room cleaned. The elevator is small and very slow, lucky we got a room on a lower floor. The hallway to the room looks dirty and shabby. Narrow bed and old furniture

The location and distance to masjid is good.

Front desk staff need definite attitude change to a more customer satisfaction and friendly. Customer service absolutely bad, for 7 people in a Suite, 2 towerls per day for few day there after no towels no toilet paper. Front desk staff big problems with communication barriers, definitely need people who can at least speak English. Need more Lifts, 4 Lifts for such a huge amount of visitors is well below world class. Executive suite had burn marks on carpet. Extremely disappointed in what I got, I booked the suite based on the pictures on system of the room and what I got vs why I booked is Extremely disappointing. No kettle in room, the pictures shows a stove, there suites had none, that's actually deceiving the Customer, the one room we did not even use do to mold / dusty smell. Basically +R15 000 wasted. One day one I spoken to the front desk and the personal assured me we can leave room as is and change the next day, well we did not use the room and paid in full for it due to the bad smell in it.. Only when one of travelers got sick, we were forced to use the room and the traveler insisted on a different room. Hotel is nice but the service we experienced was extremely bad.

Housekeeping was very bad. Toilets were very dirty. Staff was not responding to the calls.

Proximity to the Haram

The service is very poor. The rooms are not cleaned properly, the staff do NOT assist you if you do not know Arabic. Not enough toiletries given for the duration of the stay. We had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and had to wait for a while before we received it. Staff at the reception are rude and unhelpful.

Breakfast was being delivered from outside it was not organized inside the hotel, Location was nice haraam is just 5 minutes walk.

The service could have been better, staff is rude and unconcerned about the guest, you have to manage everything on your own they doesnt bother, room service you have to order and private guys comes to clean,

Needs a lots of renovation work especially for washrooms

Its near to madinah munawwarah and Its affordable.

We chose the executive room , and trust me it was not so good , the ac duct sound was coming all day long , the toilet cleanliness /room was dirty/poor , the smell in the suite was very bad. And most of all things they changed our hotel booking without informing us , from 2 days to 1 day. We suffered alot , whole family with kids and ladies . Running and finding other hotels in the main season. So plan accordingly if you are choosing this hotel.
