Disappointing
Near masjid Annabi gate 320 Cheap price
Low facilities, nothing room service, nothing towel-mat-water-kettle. Lift just 4 doors, verry crowded every night after isya. Alarm always ringing everydays, caused error electric.

Bad service, no systematic, not professional, no human touch, no common sense!
Neat and tidy. Overall clean.
They not provide enough staff st reception counter until the staff (man) cannot pray maghrib, i saw it at lobby he work non stop until isyak no one replace his duty for him to pray, jauzubillah!! One more thing i really angry because 2 times housekeeping knock the door after isyak asking about check out. I already continue rent the room and make paymence aince zohur time but the reception staff that took the payment forgot to update in the system that our room already extent one more night. Even the housekeeping staff asked us to settle it at reception counter. I really angry that time i just slept about 10minutes+/- and shock after he knock the door. I am not freling well during pregnancy since it 1st trimester and the housekeeping has caused me to be startled in my sleep and my heart is beating fast and I cannot sleep until now. (Almost 3 hours). I really hate your staff service. After isyak your reception staff ask housekeeping to knock guest room instead of asking the previous shift staff about my room status (extent night). Common sense, guest know check out time and the time housekeeping knock the door already 9pm++. Supposedly the staff check with previous shift staff not DISTURBING guest at night time!!

Great location but bad service
This hotel has a very strategic location, close to the Nabawi Mosque, about 7 minutes walk. Around the hotel there are many places to eat.
The check-in process was very long, there was only 1 staff to handle many guests. We stayed 4 nights but never once was our room cleaned. The elevator is small and very slow, lucky we got a room on a lower floor. The hallway to the room looks dirty and shabby. Narrow bed and old furniture
